Bonza remains fully operational through the current COVID challenges.
Bonza has been selling businesses “at distance” for years now. Whilst traditional brokers may have shut up shop, business is continuing as normal at Bonza.
Whilst the total buyer volume saw a decline from 16th Feb – 29th March, the buyer enquiries we are receiving are more serious and more focussed in the current environment. New buyer enquiry levels have now grown back to pre-covid levels. We have been getting offers on businesses, arranging virtual due diligence and seeing contracts complete for our clients throughout the period as usual.
Moving forward we may or may not see an increase in sale lead times. The evidence so far is buyers are searching for businesses to acquire, researching and shortlisting suitable businesses with a view to visit and negotiate deals when they are able.
