He’s passionate about making deals fair, transparent and stress-free. “Every business has a story worth selling,” Simon says. “I just help tell it in a way that makes everyone walk away happy.”

What he loves most about Bonza is the balance, deal-making is serious business, but the team never takes itself too seriously. A bit of banter always helps the process.

Simon supports educational programs for disadvantaged kids, driven by a strong belief that equal access to learning can change lives and uplift entire communities.
