Renee has been with Bonza since 2018 and is the powerhouse behind the Listings and Appraisals team. She guides business owners from those first “maybe I’ll sell” thoughts right through to feeling confident and ready to go. With a razor-sharp sense for numbers and an empathetic ear, Renee blends strategy with support in a way that makes every client feel seen.

What she loves most? “The people, the passion, and the pure satisfaction of helping business owners take their next big step, all with a side of good banter.” She’s all heart and hustle, and it shows in every interaction.

Renee brings a deep listening skill to her work, taking time to understand each owner’s story and goals before crafting a sales plan that honours what they’ve built.

A lifelong animal lover, Renee supports medical care for rescued animals through Bonza’s donation scheme “Business 4 Good” because nothing hits her harder than an abandoned pup or injured kitten waiting for a second chance.

She’s also known for her love of the gym; if she’s not guiding clients, she’s probably lifting heavier than most of the guys around her.
