Renee joined Bonza in September 2024 and instantly became known for her balance of empathy, precision, and professionalism. As a Transactions Broker, she matches sellers with buyers and then guides both parties through the entire sales process.

Her superpower? Keeping vendors calm, informed, and proud of the legacy they’re leaving behind. “After all their years of hard work,” Renee says, “they deserve a stress-free, empowering sales experience.”

She’s also a champion of culture at Bonza: “We lift each other up, laugh every day, and genuinely care, it’s the kind of environment you don’t take for granted.”

Renee’s charity focus includes B1G1 initiatives like empowering women in Uganda and providing clean water to families in Malawi, a beautiful reflection of her values in and out of the office.
