Nigel’s been around since the very beginning in 2018, and has seen Bonza grow from an idea into a thriving, national business brokerage. He’s the quiet engine behind the scenes, constantly focused on compliance, financial health, and finding ways to do things better.

He describes himself as a generalist, and that’s no accident, he’s worked across countless industries and roles, making him the kind of versatile operator every business needs.

Nigel says what he loves most is “the vibe in the office, his passion for telling terrible “dad jokes” and knowing we help people retire with more in their pocket.” That sense of purpose keeps him grounded and motivated.

His heart is in Africa, where he once lived and travelled extensively. Through Bonza’s donation program, he focuses on poverty alleviation efforts across the continent, a cause close to home for him.

And when it comes to sport? Nigel is calm and collected… until he steps on the footy field. That’s when the white line fever hits.
