Matthew has been with Bonza since 2021 and leads from the front as both General Manager and Head Broker. His job? Keeping the ship on course. From overseeing the broker team to managing day-to-day operations, Matthew thrives on creating structure, solving problems, and pushing for better outcomes. A strategist at heart, he treats complex business deals like puzzles, something he’s been training for via his deep love of board games.

What lights Matthew up at Bonza is the shared drive for excellence. “We work incredibly hard and everyone’s always looking for ways to be more efficient and get better results for our clients.” It’s this culture of ambition, balanced with camaraderie, that makes him proud to lead the crew.

With six kids of his own, Matthew supports charities focused on helping families and children overseas, because he knows just how lucky we are in Australia, and wants to level the playing field for others wherever he can.

And fun fact? He’s already travelled to over 80 countries… but hasn’t made it to South America yet.
