Leila joined Bonza in August 2024 and quickly became an integral part of the engine room – bringing precision, heart, and a calm presence to our financial operations. From preparing appraisal numbers to processing payroll and spotting inconsistencies in P&Ls, she plays a key role in keeping our business (and our brokers) on solid ground.

Originally from Brazil and now proudly calling Australia home for over 15 years, Leila brings a global perspective and a deep sense of care to her work. She’s the kind of person who thrives behind the scenes, making sure every number adds up and every detail is in place – but she’s also a thoughtful team player who loves the collaborative vibe at Bonza.

Outside of work, Leila is just as dynamic. A long-distance runner turned gym bunny (thanks to dodgy knees), she’s competed in marathons and knows a thing or two about endurance – both on the track and in business. She’s also deeply committed to family and community, currently homeschooling her children and passionate about causes like feeding programs for kids.

When Leila’s not balancing the books or helping the appraisal team, she’s bringing quiet strength, humility, and heart to everything she does.
