Since 2022, Jacob has been making sure Bonza’s engine runs like clockwork behind the scenes. As an Onboarding and Broker Administrator, he supports our brokers and manages the listing process, ensuring both buyers and sellers enjoy a seamless experience from day one.

He’s our go-to “customer service wizard” with a natural ability to make people feel supported and understood.
