What excites Elliot most about Bonza is the model itself. “It has real potential to change how people approach selling their business, and it feels great to be part of something that’s genuinely innovative.” His commitment to both the mission and his clients makes him a trusted ally for business owners navigating their next move.

While his focus is sharp, Elliot’s story has unexpected depth. He once had a Netflix documentary in the works, filmed over four months, but turned it down to stay focused on his Judo training. That level of discipline is something he brings to his role every day.

He also supports a cause close to his heart through Bonza’s Business 4 Good program, helping children with visual impairments access vital eye tests and support. Having navigated his own challenges with vision, it’s a cause that speaks to both his personal journey and his desire to help others thrive.

Elliot was a member of the Great Britain Judo team and competed at the 2020 Paralympic Games in Tokyo, where he amazingly earned a silver medal. Currently Elliot is now the Head Coach of the Australian Paralympic Judo Team and has developed a new program designed to support and prepare athletes for both the LA and Brisbane Paralympic Games – we are very proud to have Elliot on our team at Bonza and help us make Gold Class deals for our clients.
