How it works...
When it’s time to move on and you’ve decided to sell your business, you want it sold yesterday, so you can start making plans today.
So one thing we don’t do is delay.
We need the answer to a few questions so we can get the business ready for sale. Our professional copywriters will have your adverts ready within 1-2 business days, and your Business Profile ready in 2-3 business days.
Once you’re listed, our brokers take over. You have one point of contact throughout the sale. They’ll manage the tyre kickers, going to bat on your behalf. We filter, qualify and progress your buyers.
When we’ve found the right buyer, and you agree, we’ll negotiate the final sale price and the terms of the deal, ready for the solicitors to knock it out of the park.
When you get our bill, your legs won’t buckle with shock. We charge a small upfront fee to cover some costs and the just a 4% commission on the sale price.
