Demelza has been the operational backbone of Bonza since 2020. As Systems and Administration Manager, she makes sure everything runs smoother, faster, and smarter behind the scenes. She’s a pro at turning chaos into calm and keeps the wheels turning with smart systems, slick processes, and rock-solid coordination.

She says it best: “No matter what kind of day you’re having, walking into the Bonza office lifts you up.” Her connection to the team and dedication to streamlining operations make her a critical part of the engine room.

When it comes to causes that matter, Demelza supports feeding and caring for hungry and injured dogs in third-world countries,a mission that speaks to her big heart.

And fun fact? As a 5 year old, she once devoured an entire jar of Vegemite (in one sitting) she had stolen from her sister’s appearance in a Vegemite ad. We think she’s the true Vegemite Kid.
