Bonza Business and Franchise Sales was founded in 2017 by Nigel Hall, Mark Wadhams and Oliver Wadhams with the sole intent of making the process of selling a business better. We’ve broken down the selling steps into 3 key phases which is managed by our expert teams allowing your Bonza broker to solely focus on dealing with your sale – no distractions. This is why we are one of Australia’s most highly reviewed brokers. Secondly, we leverage technology, automation and AI which allows us to transact a business every 48 hours and maximises your sale price. Finally, because we’re so efficient we don’t have to charge as much commission which means you get to keep more money from your sale.

Is my business saleable?

Almost every business has a buyer, it just comes down to price and timing. This is true for the largest and smallest businesses we deal with. In some cases, sellers just want to get out of a lease, whilst others are selling in the millions. In our experience, if a business is priced fairly to its situation, then it’s saleable.

What commission do you charge compared to other brokers?

Because our team is so efficient and leverage technology so well, we’re able to offer clients commissions at half the rate of other brokers. On the successful sale of your business we only charge a commission of 4.4% including GST, and our minimum fee is just $4,400 including GST. Most other brokers are charging 8% and higher.

How long will my business take to sell?

Some businesses sell within several weeks of listing, others can take a few months. Typically, a well-priced, well-presented business should sell within 4 to 9 months. If it’s taking longer, it may be that the price is too high or the right buyer has yet to find your business.
